Report a concern
If a model or product gets something wrong, is misused, or handles data it should not, tell us.
How to report
| Concern | How |

| Model failure or harmful output | Email connect@scalingtruth.org with the subject "Concern: model", the model or product, what you did and what happened. |
| Misuse | Email connect@scalingtruth.org with the subject "Concern: misuse" and what you saw. |
| Personal data | Email connect@scalingtruth.org with the subject "Concern: data". We handle these under our privacy policy. |
| Security vulnerability | See the security disclosure page. |
What happens next
- We acknowledge every report.
- A named owner investigates.
- Confirmed issues are recorded in the incident log, with what we changed.
- We tell you the outcome, unless you ask us not to contact you.
